James Yuill is a singer-songwriter from England who deftly blends folk acoustic guitar playing with low frequency bass lines and bleeps and bloops aplenty. He is an artist that epitomizes the sub-genre of "folktronica", and even though not every one of his tunes are instantly accessible, the thumping basslines and masterful finger-plucking is hypnotic and will have you tapping your foot sooner than later.
